Data Cleansing For a Pharma Customer

A leading pharma customer has huge volumes of data from various sources. Their key problem was to correlate the data and establish relationship between the data to get the hidden insights and classify the customer base and apply right promotions to the right regions and buy new customers. Hexaring platform was the solution with all the adapters to all types of backend systems to ingest data and be able to perform the correlation using simple drag and drop functionality and all these in less than 2 weeks. However, the big problem was discovered once the results were seen, the gaps and missing data restricting the accuracy of the final outcome.
How did we solve the problem? by using Hexaring’s built-in rule engine to filter and predict the data and update the final dataset used for the analytics. The data prep exercise was implemented in no time and client saw the returns within 6 weeks of implementing the product.
